commissions info

So finally I've decided to try making cash comissions OTL"
Please, take a note that it's my firs time doing comissions and I'm really nervous, and I don't know how professional people do it so if something is not right/ could be improved ( I'm talking more about the way of sending pictures to the comissioners or checking the sketch, sending/receiving money) then please tell me or give me an advice, it will be really appreciate.

1. Type :

Coloured chibi
price : 5 USD ( if it will be a complicated character then I will charge more, about 6 USD )
+ 3 USD for addictional character (or more if complicated)
max 2 chibis on one picture.

Chibi sketch
price : 3 USD ( 4 USD if complicated character)
+  2  USD for addictional character ( or more if complicated)
max 2 chibis on one picture.

simple colours or gray picture are the same price, when you order please tell me which one would you like.

3. Type :

Pencil sketch
price : 5 USD ( 6 USD if complicater character)
+ 3 USD for addictional character ( or more if complicated)
max 2 people on one picture.

4. Type :
Half body with no bg or simple bg.
price : 12 USD
+ 7 USD for additional character
max 2 people on one drawing.

5. Type :
Fullbody/halfbody with background
price : 20 USD ( + 5 USD if detailed bg )
+ 10 USD for addictional character
max 2 people on one picture
*please take note that detailed background are not my strong side so I'd prefere something more like on my samples, and the same goes with buildings OTL" )*

Rules
- for personal use only
- I draw: in manga style only, OCs, anime/manga characters, shonen ai/shoujo ai
- I don't draw: animals, anthro, mecha, yaoi/yuri
- The drawing style will look like on the samples and in my gallery.
- I reserve the right to use the picture as a sample of my work
- PLEASE be aware that I don't do detailed sketches nor linearts, then I start colouring/making in the grayscale, so what I will send you is only a concept of how it shall look, for sure the end effect will be a lot better and more detailed, however I am unable to do a more specyfic sketch before colouring, so if you are comissioning me please take a note of that !  
-mostly I work on 3225 x 2524 pixels canvas 600dpi .

Polska: jeśli ktoś jest zainteresowany, a ma możliwość dojechania np. do Katowic ( lub do Bytomia), zapłacić mi można osobiście, lub zamówić coś na konwencie, w  którym będę uczestniczyła.
for Type 1-3: fully paid before I start drawing
for Types 4-5: half paid before I start drawing, second half after I send you the sketch

Also, I hope the prices aren't to high OTL" I tried to make them quiet low, however I have no idea if they are ok or not.... I can't make them super low either becouse I spend a lot of time drawing the picture and I don't want to do it on waste.
